Plan Ahead for Year-End Orders

Every December, we see a significant increase in orders as practices across the country work to complete patient devices before the end of the year.

Because the timing and size of this year-end surge can vary significantly, it can disrupt our normal production flow and make standard turnaround times less predictable.

To help you plan ahead and give priority to orders needed before year-end, Forward Motion Medical is offering Holiday Rush Service from November 23 through December 8, 2026.

Holiday Rush Service

Orders submitted through Holiday Rush will receive priority production and are expected to be delivered on or before December 23.

Custom Orthotics Rush Fee: $65/order
Custom AFOs Rush Fee: $100/order
App/Online Orders: Select "Holiday Rush" at checkout
Physical orders: Write "Holiday Rush" in additional comments

December 8 Deadline

To qualify for Holiday Rush:

Scanned orders must be submitted by December 8th
Physical casts must be received by Forward Motion by December 8th
Please allow additional time for shipping

Please Plan Ahead

Standard orders will continue to be processed throughout December. However, because of the significant increase in year-end volume, Holiday Rush orders will be prioritized, and normal turnaround times may be less predictable.

If you have patients who need their devices completed before the end of the year, we strongly encourage you to submit those orders early or use Holiday Rush during the available window.

Please note: Our standard 1-day and 3-day rush options will not be available from November 23 through the end of the year.
