At Forward Motion Medical, every pair of orthotics is meticulously hand-crafted using precise molds of the patient’s feet—ensuring a custom fit and truly personalized support. Unlike mass-produced alternatives, our orthotics never rely on generic templates or prefab libraries. Each one is custom made from a cast of the patient's foot, built from the ground up to meet their individual needs and based on the physician's prescription.
Every custom orthotic we fabricate starts with a precise impression of your patient's foot (either a traditional cast or a digital 3D scan) so the final device matches their exact anatomy, not a generic mold.
Our orthotics cover a full range of arch types and accommodations for common conditions including diabetic foot care, plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia and more. Materials can be matched to patient activity levels and diagnosis.
While we offer reference templates to help guide design, these serve only as starting points. Every aspect of our orthotics, from the materials used to the arch height, cushioning, and other structural features, is fully customizable.
